Spiritual Direction
The same welcome I found once, under Red Pines, is what I look for with others now — as a guide and companion, not an expert with answers.
Spiritual direction is a quiet, unhurried conversation — usually about an hour, roughly once a month — where we simply pay attention together to where God is already present in your life. Not a counseling session, and not a class. More like sitting with a companion who has walked into the woods before, and is willing to walk in again with you.
There's no agenda to move you toward. The work is noticing: where is welcome already extended to you, and where are you still finding your way to receive it?
Format
Meetings run about 60 minutes, typically on a recurring monthly rhythm. In person or by video, depending on where you are.
Posture
I'm not there to fix or diagnose. My role is to listen, ask a few honest questions, and help notice what's already quietly present.
First Step
The first meeting is simply to see if this is a good fit — for you and for me. No commitment beyond that first hour.
